Main Functions of the System
Computer Operation
Operation instructions can be sent through computer software, allowing remote and flexible control of each area and column of the compact shelf.
Touch Screen Operation
An LCD touch screen is installed on both the fixed column and the moving column of the rack body. This screen can receive data transmitted from the computer database, automatically display the temperature and humidity inside the compact rack, and allow browsing of the file database. Management personnel can directly query data on this touch screen and open or close the corresponding rack body.
Multiple Operation Functions
To prevent damage to the touch screen due to high voltage or other reasons, the system is equipped with an LED digital display control device. This device can display file data by column/section/layer and has key functions synchronized with the touch LCD screen.
Infrared Human Body Safety Protection
Equipped with multiple vertical and horizontal infrared sensors, the shelf will stop and prohibit movement if someone enters the sensing area, ensuring the operator's safety.
Column Lock Detection Protection
If the operator pulls down the brake device before entering the compact shelf passage, the compact shelf in that area will be locked and unable to operate until the brake device is released, thoroughly ensuring personal safety.
Voice Prompt
During operation, the voice prompt system provides alerts based on the corresponding actions.
Lighting Function
Once the compact shelf is opened, the lighting will automatically turn on and will turn off when the shelf is closed.
Light Positioning System
After opening the rack, the small LED light corresponding to the data will illuminate, enabling the administrator to retrieve the correct data immediately without error.
PDA Remote Control and Barcode Management
Optional PDA remote control allows system operation and supports wireless barcode management.
