In the realm of export trade, product transportation has long been a significant challenge.

1. Long transit times via sea freight, accompanied by inherent unknown risks.

2. Products feature complex disassembly-and-assembly structures and contain numerous individual components.

3. Some items include glass components, making them fragile and susceptible to damage.

4. Fully assembled shipments have large packaging volumes, making them cumbersome to handle.

1. Product Corners and Edges Are Prone to Deformation and Damage

Our company typically utilizes expanded polyethylene (EPE) foam and five-layer corrugated cartons for packaging; our standard requires the packaging to successfully pass a drop test from a height of 60 cm. We use EPE foam to separate individual panels, insert foam fillers into any gaps, and reinforce the corners with protective guards to prevent scratches or paint chipping caused by bumps and collisions during transit. Additionally, some shipments undergo a stretch-wrapping process to provide further reinforcement and protection.

Export Wooden Crates

For product samples, we supplement our standard packaging with an outer wooden crate; The exterior of the cartons can be printed with the client's specific shipping marks and information, in accordance with their requirements.

For consolidated (LCL) shipments, we add pallets or wooden frames for support.

2. High Transportation Costs

By disassembling products into individual components for packaging, we significantly reduce the overall packaging volume. This approach allows for savings of 30% to 40% on sea freight costs. Furthermore, by utilizing a flat-stacking method for the consolidated packaging, we lower the product's center of gravity, thereby minimizing the risk of damage during transit.

3.Product Assembly by the Customer Can Also Be a Challenge

We provide our clients with detailed installation videos and instruction manuals. For products featuring simple snap-lock mechanisms, customers can quickly complete the assembly by simply following the instructions provided. For products requiring tools for assembly, we include all necessary tools directly within the packaging box, sealed securely in a separate, clearly labeled pouch; by following the instructions, customers can typically complete the assembly within 10 to 15 minutes.
